Ammama's prawn ambat

1. Saute 1 diced onion till pink in little oil. Add 1 cup of peeled prawns.
2.Grind to paste 3 tbsp dessicated coconut, a pinch of turmeric, about 8 bedgi red chillies & 1tsp tamarind.
3. Add this paste to onion/prawn saute, and cook. Season with salt.

Best with steamed rice and mamma's fish fry
