Half a coconut, 8-10 bedgi red chillies, 1tsp tamarind, 1/2tsp turmeric
2.Saute 2 medium diced onions in a teaspoon of oil. When pink, add prawns and saute till barely cooked. Add about 10 florets of cauliflower and 1 cubed potato and cook with the lid on.
3. Add the ground masala and add salt.
All done.
Feeling crabby? Replace the prawns with crab, and veggies with prawns.
If you do have fleshy yet thin crab legs to spare, grind them with the masala.
Update : Tried this without grinding the masala, instead added 2tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp tamarind pulp & 1cuppa scrapped coconut, and saute on high heat till coconut cooks. Still delicious.
