1. Whisk 3 eggs and 1/2 tsp of Vanilla essence.
2. Combine 1 cup self raising flour with 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and sieve.
3. Aerate 1cup heavy cream with 1 cup powdered sugar. Now add eggs, and flour. Combine gently.
4. Bake at 400F or 200 C for 25mins or till done.
I remember this recipe as 1-1-1-3 (1 cup each of sugar, flour, cream and 3 eggs)
