2. Saute 1 diced onion, 1tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1tsp greenchilli paste & 1 diced tomato in 1tsp oil. Add 1tsp red chilli powder, pinch of turmeric, 1tbsp Garam masala powder / Pav bhaji masala. Add to dal.
4. Sprinkle 1tsp dry roasted kasuri methi, and finally, fresh chopped cilantro/coriander leaves.
