Asha aunty's simple fried fish

The Kunders & Savurs modeling the Warehouse collection
1. Season the sliced/diced/filet of fish with salt & turmeric. Keep aside for 20mins or until ready to fry
2. Coat the fish with - 1/2tsp turmeric, 1tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2tsp tamarind pulp, 1tsp fresh ginger,garlic & Green chilli paste.
3. Shallow fry the fish until crusty, after dredging in Rava (Sooji/fine semolina flour) mixed with Rice Flour
Ive tried this recipe on all and any kinds of fish, and its still delicious.
