2.Dissolve 1&1/3 cup sugar in 1/2 cup milk. Slowly add this sweetened milk to maida, taking care that it does not lump.
4. Stir away, till the maida leaves the sides of the vessel.
5. On a buttered up plate, spread the mixture and let it cool completely.
The khadi should have a nice bite to it.
